Positive mantras are a way in which your mind will envision what you truly want. Repeating a mindful mantra every morning will elevate your self-esteem and create optimism. You will feel more engaged and able to enjoy your day in a more positive way.
3. Focus on your strengths
Choose one of your strengths (compassion, honesty etc) and actively focus on that strength throughout your day. By doing so, you will feel an overall sense of happiness and satisfaction. You will also reduce emotional stress by feeling like you have offered something important to the world. And you have!
Practice these habits daily and you will awaken the very best in yourself and also in others. If you have a bad day, remember, you are human. Remind yourself of your strengths and all that you are grateful for.
