Did you know that today the 21st of September, the world celebrates World Gratitude Day? There is still some time left in the day for you to plan how you want to celebrate.
“The celebration of World Gratitude Day started in Hawaii in 1965 when an international gathering decided that it would be a good idea to have one day per year to formally express gratitude and appreciation for the many wonderful things to be found in the world”.
If each and every one of us practice more gratitude we can have a massive impact on the world. Important things such as:
- improved relationships
- increased happiness
- more empathy
- improved health
- decreased depression
- decreased fear
- decreased anxiety
and so much more.
Practice Gratitude.
Take time out to think about all that you are grateful for. Think about all that you appreciate and this can positively impact our well-being and make for a happier existence.
